Hello,

I think you need more psychological support. Be close to your family, relatives or friends. Sometimes, psychotherapy seances can help.

Should continue taking medications as prescribed by your doctor. Should think in a positive way:

- Hopefully I was diagnosed in time and I'm being treated in time. So the worse will not come hopefully.

Be patient and consistent. Try to be physically active to the extent your body can handle it.

Do not forget to keep regular follow ups with your caring doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
